DAY 1 ARRIVE HA NOI
On arrival at
Ha Noi Noi Bai Airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel. A welcome drink and tour briefing is followed by a city orientation tour of the old quarter by cyclo and a performance of
Water Puppetry.
DAY 2 HA NOI
Tour President
Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and
House on Stilts, the
One Pillar Pagoda,
Temple of Literature, followed by tour of the
Museum of Ethnology and
Hoa Lo Prison Museum. After enjoying a quiet coffee near tranquil
Hoan Kiem Lake you are free to explore Ha Noi’s Old Quarter.
DAY 3 HA NOI - HA LONG BAY
Travelling to the World Heritage site of
Ha Long Bay in the morning boardy our junk and enjoy a welcome drink followed by a seafood lunch while cruising through the bay. We also explore one of the many beautiful grottoes, swim and after dinner try some night fishing.
DAY 4 HALONG BAY - HA NOI - HUE
More swimming and enjoy brunch while cruising to the harbour for return trip to
Ha Noi. Stop at
Dong Trieu ceramic village, see artisans create superb vases and other masterpieces using centuries old skills. Then take a flight to Hue and the rest of the time is free at leisure.
DAY 5 HUE
This morning stroll the paths of the
Imperial Citadel and glimpse the royal splendour of a bygone era. Later visit the ornate tomb of
King Khai Dinh, followed by a boat ride on the
Perfume River to serene
Thien Mu Pagoda and the majestic tomb of
King Ming Mang.DAY 6 HUE - DA NANG - HOI AN
A drive along the highway one takes you over the
Hai Van Pass and into
Da Nang where we see the famous
Cham Museum and then on to
Marble Mountains for a panoramic view over
the South China Sea. Continuing on travel to the old Merchant Town of Hoi An.
DAY 7 HOI AN
This morning have a guided introduction to
Hoi An, where restored shop houses,
Chinese Assembly Halls, Pagodas, shared water wells and the Japanese covered bridge paint a vivid picture. The remainder of the day is free to explore at your own pace or relax under an umbrella at nearby
Cua Dai Beach.
DAY 8 HOI AN - HO CHI MINH CITY
This morning wander through the town which was once a flourishing port during
Nguyen dynasty until transferring to the airport in
Da Nang for our flight to
Ho Chi Minh City. Meet your guide and transfer to our hotel. The remainder of the day is free at leisure.

DAY 9 HO CHI MINH CITY - CU CHI TUNNELS
Explore the city’s historic landmarks including
Notre Dame Cathedral, the former US Embassy and experience the excitement of marekt activities in
Cho Lon,
Ho Chi Minh City’s Chinatown. In the afternoon explore the phenomenal underground tunnel network at
Cu Chi.
DAY 10 VINH LONG - CAN THO
Heading south to Vinh Long board a motor boat and travel up the Mekong River to explore Cai Be Floating Market. A visit to the industries and orchards of Vinh Long is followed by a lunch of local specialties, before makingtravelling on to to Can Tho.
DAY 11 CAN THO - HO CHI MINH CITY
A morning boat ride take you to the fascinating floating market at
Cai Rang and then continue up the leafy waterways to a fruit orchard and can sample delicious tropical fruits and learn about the Delta ‘s way of life from your friendly local hosts before returning to
Ho Chi Minh City.
DAY 12 HO CHI MINH CITY - SIEM REAP
You free until transferring to the Airport for your flight to
Siem Reap. Upon arrival meet your Cambodian tour guide and transfer to your centrally located hotel. The rest of the day is free to visit this city at your own pace.
DAY 13 SIEM REAP
This morning set out for nearby
Angkor Thom city with its 600 years old temples and complete this mornings exploration with a visit to
The Bayon. Before returning to your hotel climb a top hill temple to enjoy a wonderful sunset over the 12th century -built Angkor Wat.
DAY 14 SIEM REAP - PHNOM PENH
This morning cruise the floating fishing villages of
Ton Le Sap Lake, the largest lake in
Southeast Asia before transferring to the airport for ongoing flight to
Phnom Penh. Upon arrival meet your guide and drive to your centrally located hotel for refreshment.
DAY 15 PHNOM PENH - VIENTIANE
We take a sobering journey into the darker side of recent Cambodian history as we visit the chilling
Toul Sleng Genocide Museum and
the Killing Fields of Choung Ek. There is time to explore the colourful Central and Russian Markets or
Silver Pagoda before transferring to the Airport for your flight to
Vientiane.
DAY 16 VIENTIANE
visit the striking monument of
Pha That Luang, the historical
Wat Si Saket and
Wat Ong Teu with its huge bronze Buddha. There is also time to explore the busy ‘morning’ market, admire Vientiane’s fading French architecture and relax on the banks of
the Mekong River for sunset.
DAY 17 VIENTIANE - LUANG PRABANG
A morning flight brings you to
Luang Prabang. Nestled in the arms of
the Mekong and
Nam Khan Rivers with a dramatic mountain backdrop, historic temples and the busy traffic of hill tribe traders, Luang Prabang is very bewitching. Visit the market,
Wat Xieng Thong and late afternoon
Mount Phu Si for a superb view of sunset.
DAY 18 LUANG PRABANG
Visit the
Royal Palace Museum which offers a glimpse into Lao’s Royal Past before taking a boat up the Mekong River to the Buddha filled caves of
Pak Ou. Also visit a weaving village displaying elaborate and colourful Lao textiles as you make your way to the beautiful Kuang Si Falls.

DAY 19 DEPART LUANG PRABANG
Free until transferring to the airport for your onward flight.
