Khum Lanna Thai Country Living
Day 1: Khum Lanna (L, D)
You arrive in Khum Lanna around 09.30 and are welcomed with herbal tea and fruit juice from the garden of the Khum Lanna Home Stay. Afterwards a briefing about the program.
At 10.00 hours you will start preparing an authentic Thai barbeque lunch. U are showed around the gardens of the Home Stay en help to collect the ingredients for the barbeque. If you like, you can enjoy a water buffalo ride in the mean time. Around 11.00 the Thai cooking course starts, during lunch you are introduced to the Thai language. 
In the afternoon you can choose one of the following activities. Each activity takes about an hour:
• A bike trip through the environment (200 THB);
• Working with fruit or vegetables (300 THB);
• Making decorative flowers and candles (300 THB);
• Take a local herbal bath (200 THB);
• Take a local herbal massage (400 THB)
In the afternoon the cooking course continues. In the evening you enjoy a splendid four course Thai diner under the stars.
Note: you can also take two programs in the afternoon. One activity is included in the price, if you wish to book another activity; the prices are listed above.
Day: 2 Khum Lanna (B)
The day starts early. You wake up with a cup of coffee or tea; afterwards you take a bike to Phrao. In Phrao you can visit the local market where you have plenty of time to do your shopping. On the way back to the Home Stay you can sacrifice flowers at the local temple. The bike trip back to the Home Stay allows you gain more knowledge about rice, the process of growing rice and the legends about rice. You arrive at Khum Lanna around 10.00 in the morning, then the program is finished.

You arrive in Khum Lanna around 16.00. At 17.00 the Thai cooking course starts, after the course you enjoy a 4 course diner under the stars.
Day 2: Khum Lanna (B, L)

Price is per person in Euro, minimum two persons
Including: English speaking guide, accommodation with electric fan (price based on two person occupancy), one of the activities, meals as in the itinerary, local coffee at the market, baggage handling, transfer from Chiang Mai hotels or airport to Khum Lanna and return.

Notes:
During the trip you can wear Thai Farmer Shirts for free. Children aged 2-12 sleep in the room of the parents, reduction on the price is 50%. Children aged 0 or 1 can stay for free.
