Day 1 - Bangkok - Chiang Rai (-)
Fly from Bangkok to Chiang Rai. Arrive, welcome and private transfer to your centrally located hotel in Chiang Rai for the overnight.
Day 2 - Chiang Rai - Chiang Khong - Houaxay - Pak Beng (breakfast)
After breakfast, in the early morning transfer from Chiang Rai to the border city with Laos, Chiang Khong. Cross the border into Laos and arrive in Houaxay. Transfer to your cruise and depart downriver over the Mighty Mekong River through the rough, mountainess, green North Laos countryside. Make stops on the way and arrive in the afternoon in Pak Beng for your overnight.
Day 3 - Pak Beng - Pak Ou - Luang Prabang (breakfast)
After breakfast, you have some time to wonder around this small trading town on the Mekong River. Visit the local market and depart by cruise further down the river passing local hilltribe villages and green country side. Make some stops on the way and arrive in the afternoon in the Unesco World Heritage city of Luang Prabang. Day 4 - Luang Prabang (breakfast)
After breakfast, free at leisure or time to explore Luang Prabang by yourself. You can also visit the nearby amazing waterfalls of Kuangsi. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day 5 - Luang Prabang - Vang Vieng (breakfast)
After breakfast, pick up for your joined transfer through the mountains to Vang Vieng. Arrive in the afternoon. Check into your nearby located hotel for overnight.
Day 6 - Vang Vieng (breakfast)
After breakfast, free at leisure or rent a local motorbike or bicycle to discover the stunning countryside. Overnight in Vang Vieng.
Day 7 - Vang Vieng - Vientiane (breakfast)

Day 8 - Vientiane (breakfast)

Day 9 - Vientiane - Phnom Phen (breakfast)

Day 10 - Phnom Phen (breakfast)
After breakfast, free at leisure and you can easily visit the Grand Palace, Silver Pagoda and the National library nearby. Or make a half day trip to the killing fields. Overnight in Phnom Phen.
Day 11 - Phnom Phen - Siem Reap (breakfast)
After breakfast, transfer to the bus station for your joined bus through the countryside to the Unesco World Heritage site of Siem Reap where the old empire of Angkor is situated dated back to the 8th to 10th century. Private transfer to your centrally located hotel for overnight.
Day 12 - Siem Reap (breakfast)
After breakfast, free at leisure or arrange your own transfer to the city complex of Angkor where you can visit the Angkor Thom, Bayon, Thaphrom and Angkor Wat Tempels. Overnight in siem Reap.
Day 13 - Siem Reap (breakfast)
After breakfast, another day in the old city of Siem Reap and Angkor. Perhaps visit some tempels a bit further away such as the beautifull pink temple of Bantey Srei. Or make a nice boat ride over the Tonle Sap lake and see how the local people live in floating houses. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 14 - Siem Reap - Battambang (breakfast)
After breakfast, private transfer to the rural countryside city of Battambang. Arrive and check into your hotel for overnight.
Day 15 - Battambang (breakfast)
After breakfast, free at leisure or you can cycle around the city and the nearby countryside. Or you can take an exciting ride on the one and only Bamboo Train! Overnight in Battambang.
Day 16 - Battambang - Phnom Phen (breakfast)
After breakfast, take the joined bus from Battambang to Phnom Phen along the southside of the Tonle Sap Lake. Arrive in Phnom Phen and private transfer from the bus station to your centrally located hotel for overnight.
Day 17 - Phnom Phen - Sihanoukville - Koh Rong or Koh Rong Samroen (breakfast)
