You are picked up from your hotel after breakfast. With a private minibus and English speaking guide you leave for Doi Suthep, a trip that takes about half an hour. Doi Suthep is one of the holiest temples in Thailand, many Buddhists take the trip to Doi Suthep at least once in their life to pay their respects. The temple is situated on top of a hill. This means you can enjoy a magnificent temple as well as breath taking views over Chiang Mai.
After your visit at the temple you are also showed around one of the nearby hill tribe villages. After a local lunch in one of the villages you are brought back to your hotel.
