Description

Departure is at 08.00 AM with pick up from hotels in Krabi. Travel through Phang Nga province passing rubber plantations and small villages. Cross over the rain forest covered mountains to Khao Sok. Canoe silently down the Sok River in inflatable canoes paddled by an experienced guide. Pass Limestone Mountains covered in jungle vegetation along the banks of the river. A buffet lunch of Thai dishes is provided. In the afternoon, arrive at an elephant camp. Information on elephants and their conservation will be given. Explore the jungle by elephant. Sitting high on the back of elephant, see exotic tropic jungle vegetation and experience that ‘real jungle’ atmosphere. Late afternoon, arrive back at hotels in Krabi having seen the best natural scenery and real jungle in Southern Thailand. Note: Please wear non-slip shoes, loose comfortable clothes, bring a small bag of pack with a change of clothes in case you get wet and sun protection or rain coat depending on the weather, swim wear and towel if you want to swim.
