Day 1: Chiang Khong – Pak Beng (Laos)
Cross the Thai-Laos border at Chiang Khong. Upon arrival in Laos we meet up with our local guide for transfer to the public boat down the Mekong River to Pakbeng. Overnight at your guest house in Pakbeng.
Day 2: Pakbeng – Luang Prabang (B)
It’s a good idea to get up early and visit the local markets and witness people from the surrounding minority villages exchanging their wares. Afterwards we start the second leg of the cruise to Luang Prabang. Upon arrival in Luang Prabang you will transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Luang Prabang

Day 3: Luang Prabang (B)
Free day in Luang Prabang. Explore the city or relax in the Hotel
Day 4: Luang Prabang – Phonsavan (Plain of Jars)(B)
After breakfast we take a public bus and drive to Xieng Khouang, the home to the amazing Plain of Jars. On the way, through the high mountains and karsts formations, you will probably notice that many houses have looms underneath where the family’s manufacture clothes, bags and accessories. Late afternoon we’ll arrive at Phonsavan, the capital of the Xieng Khouang province.
Day 5: Phonsavan (Plains of Jars) – Vang Vieng (B)
After breakfast you will visit the plain of jars. In the afternoon we transfer to the bus station and transfer to Vang Vieng. Vang Vieng is a small village settled between a spectacular spread of limestone karsts and is surrounded by lush green paddy fields and dwellings of ethnic minorities. You will arrive at Vang Vieng in the late evening and check in your hotel which offers splendid sunsets amidst these magnificent natural setting.
Day 6: Vang Vieng – Vientiane (B)
After breakfast you take a shared minivan or VIP bus and drive to Vientiane, the capital of Laos. Vientiane is a friendly sleepy town resting on the shores of the mighty Mekong River. Upon arrival in Vientiane you transfer to the hotel. The remaining night will be free at leisure. Overnight in Vientiane .
Day 7: Vientiane – fly to Pakse
In the early morning you transfer to the airport to fly to Pakse. Upon arrival in Pakse you transfer to our hotel in Pakse. The remaining day is free at leisure to explore Pakse by yourself.
Day 8: Pakse – Champassak – Khong Island (B)
After breakfast you will transfer to the pier and continue on a wonderful local ferry over the Mekong River to Champassak. Here we visit the sacred Khmer temple of Wat Phu. This complex represents the most eastern border of the former Khmer Empire in the 4th centenary. Later in the afternoon we take a scenic drive through the beautiful countryside and continue ferry boat to Don Khong Island. This island is one of the larger permanently inhabited islands in the ‘si pan don’ area. Dong Khong is best explored by bicycle. A reasonable dirt road circumvents the island.
Day 9: Khong Island (B)

Day 11: Don Khong Island – Border - Cambodia (B)
After breakfast you will take a private transfer to the Laos-Cambodia border. Warmly welcome with our drive at Dong Kralor border (Cambodia – Laos border). After completion of the immigration procedure and entering Cambodia our guide will be waiting for you to transfer you direct to Kratie – a small colonial city, located on a hill at the foot of the Mekong, which presents superb traditional Khmer houses. Overnight in Kratie.
Day 12: Kratie – Phnom Penh (B)
We leave this charming city and leave for Phnom Penh via Kompong Cham. Upon Arrivel in Phnom Penh you will transfer to your hotel. Phnom Penh – the city retains its traditional Khmer and colonial charm. French villas along tree-lined boulevards remind the visitor that the city was once considered the gem of Southeast Asia. Recent political changes have triggered an economic boom of sorts, with new hotels, restaurants, bars and nightclubs springing up around the city.

Day 13: Phnom Penh – Free at leisure (B)

Day 14: Phnom Penh – Siem Reap (B)
Transfer to Phnom Penh bus station for departure to Siem Reap by Mekong Express Bus. Upon arrival at Siem Reap bus station, you picked up by our driver and then transfer to your hotel. The remaining day will be free at leisure
The Angkor Wat and Angkhor Thom/ Bayon Temple complexes can be considered as one of the world wonders and as impressive as the Pyramids in Egypt. A must see when you are in South East Asia!

Day 15: Siem Reap – Free Leisure (B)

Day 16: Siem Reap – Free at Leisure (B)

Day 17: Siem Reap – Phnom Penh (B)
After breakfast, transfer to Siem Reap wharf for departure to Phnom Penh, it takes about 6 hours but the view on the way is worth the long trip. Upon arrival in Phnom Penh, you will meet our driver and transfer to your hotel. Free at leisure in Phnom Penh.

Day 18: Phnom Pehn – Departure (B)
Transfer to Phnom Penh airport for departure flight to next destination. Say goodbye to your Cambodian driver. Goodbye Cambodia!!!!
